Most residential cleanings we prefer Hot Water Extraction (Steam Cleaning), but for every job there is a tool, and using the correct one is very important. Which is why we offer a wide range of cleaning methods from dry bonnet, full shampoo, and back to hot water extraction (using a wand or in tougher cases a CRB or orbital machine) 

Our truckmounted systems are some of the strongest on the market and can remove up to 95% of the water. With such a powerful system in place it typically only takes 3-5 hours to dry. If you have large fans or airmovers blowing over the carpet it can dry in as little as 1 hour!

As a general rule, No. While the carpet may still dry that way there are a long list of variables that affect dry time (temperature, wind speed/direction, relative humidity, etc.), instead we recommend turing on ceiling fans, and running your Central HVAC, or window units as both of those are designed to remove moisture.

Yes, it won't ruin the cleaning, however we recommend to stay off as long as possible, or even until it's dry for best results.

Yes! We will assist you in moving small items like side tables, coffee tables, ottomans, or other minor clutter that may impede the cleaning process. Items like Large boxes, chairs, couches and beds may be moved upon request at an additional fee. We do not move oversized, extra heavy, or items of high value.
